TICKET_TYPE_CODE is Cleared in SIM after Modifying Item Description in RMS (Doc ID 2212384.1)

Symptoms

After modifying the item description in Retail Merchandise System(RMS), the ITEM.TICKET_TYPE_CODE is cleared in Store Inventory Management(SIM).

Steps to reproduce:
1. In SIM, find an item with ticket type code in ITEM table.
2. In RMS, edit the item description and click OK button to save the change.
3. In SIM, find that ITEM.TICKET_TYPE_CODE is cleared for the item.
