The MetaSolv Solution Utilities (tbs_util.exe) application throws a ORA-12545 error at logon. Below are the details of the error after entering the User ID, Password, Database and clicking OK.

There can be multiple reasons for the behavior. The example provided in this document was the direct result of a customer migrating the MetaSolv Solution system (Oracle database, WebLogic server, etc) from one network domain to another.
