Replacement Token Character Length Not Working

Goal
When using a 4,000 character limit and trying to increase it to 10,000, I updated the Infomanager deployment and also restarted the Infomanager server. I create a new token with just under 5,400 characters and click Save but nothing gets created and no errors appear in the console. The IM logs show this error:
74052 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR com.inquira.admin.application.AdminBasePage - <er.extensions.validation.ERXValidationException
object: ; propertyKey: replacementText; type: ExceedsMaximumLengthException; additionalExceptions: ( )>
I'm not sure why the parameter does not appear to be working.
