A Taxonomy Embedded Under Another In Personalized Navigation Does Not Show Category Labels (Doc ID 2212738.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 09, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Knowledge - Version 8.5.1.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

When creating custom facets other facets can be combined in the same tree.  For example a custom facet Content can be created.  Then collection facets might be added and maybe an IM Category facet is moved to the tree.  If a IM facet is moved to a custom location the IM labels for the subfacets are not showing in the resulting tree.  Instead the category refkeys are showing.  This is a bug and will be fixed in a future patch or release.
