Heat Map By Resource Report Not Correct When Using The Display Frequency "Weekly" Option in Instantis EntperpriseTrack (Doc ID 2212748.1)

Symptoms

Heat Map by Resource Report seems to be dropping days when filtering "Display Frequency" using the "weekly" option - seems to be only occurring on weeks that cross two months

STEPS TO VERIFY ISSUE

1. Access as administrative user or user with permission to run Heat Map by Resource Report
2. Navigate to Reports > Standard > Global Reports > Heat Map by Resource
3. Click the funnel to set filters
4. Select the following Filters
    Reporting Date Range (NOTE: Suggested range covers two weeks with the issue, others may be used for verification)
        Initial (From)       Final (To)          Display Frequency           Data Display Options
        Sep/01/2016       Oct/01/2016      Weekly                          Set Reporting Period To Start With Week Beginning And Finish With Week End
    Resource basics
         Last Name
         << Specific Resource >>
5. Run with these Filters
6. Open another instance of the account as the Resource
7. Compare week per week the total on the Timesheet
8. Notice that weeks Aug/28/2016 and Sep/25/2016 have the wrong information.
9. Week Aug/28/2016 has the last 3 days of the week in Sept
10. Week Sep/25/2016 has the last 1 day of the week in Oct
11. The other weeks are recorded correctly.
