Team Member Mobile iOS Application Client Unable to Sync Updates to P6 100% Successfully (Doc ID 2212827.1)

Symptoms

Team Member Mobile iOS application Client Users unable to Sync updates to P6 100% successfully, and instead encounter several unexpected UI errors such as:

-When uploading data to P6 the mobile application closes
-When scrolling down the my activities list the mobile application freezes
-After waiting minutes to upload data to P6 an error message appears : tm_load_task_match_errors@#
-After some minutes waiting upload data to P6, an error message appears : Unknown error - Status code 500
-Completed activities in Team Member are not reflected back in P6
-Team Member shows activity as not started (0%) but when updating the activity is started and finished
-Starting and Finishing an activity then after saving data in mobile application it returns back to not started

Server-side Team Member log errors:

SEVERE: An error occurred while dropping license records. java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000
SEVERE: tm_update_task_error$@# Errors located: ActualFinish: Actual Finish cannot be less than Actual Start for Activity 441215.
