Symptoms

Using Oracle Demantra Demand Management / Appserver Installation
On 12.2.6:
When attempting to log in to URLs like .../demantra/portal/loginpage.jsp or similar pages
the following error occurs:

"This page or file is not allowed to be viewed"

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Attempt to log in to Demantra using a URL like .../demantra/portal/loginpage.jsp
2. Observe the noted error.
