In a EDD constrained plan with detailed scheduling ( issue persisted even without detailed scheduling) , the output shows early supplies/pegging : 

ASCP is grouping planned orders of 2 periods into a single planned order. 

In other words, the forecast demand ( in the monthly bucket ) is satisfied by planned orders from previous bucket .

You would expect Demands to be satisfied by supplies in the same bucket ( to not have early supplies/pegging )
