Email Notifications are failing intermittently

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Check the email setting as below steps.
1. Log into Java Client.
2. Open admin -> Server Setting -> Database.
3. Verify "Mail From User" value is a valid user in mail server.
4. Verify "Mail From Domain" value is a valid domain.
5. Enable email notifications

Email Notifications are failing intermittently
