Unable to Run BOM Explosion Reports

On Agile PLM 220.127.116.11 When attempting to view details on a BOM explosion report, it just runs and runs and never completes. The systems resources also become taxed while the report is attempting to run ( High memory usage). The reports are actually running okay. The issue happens when looking at a scheduled report. When a report is selected and then the "View Details" button is selected, that's where the problem happens. This issue does occur when there are more than one item selected, and that the "view details" option did work successfully when only one item was selected
Click on “view details”, notice the following blank window in Loading …mode (as shown in the second screenshot) it just runs and runs and never completes and causes an extensive usage of memory
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to BOM Explosion Report, Schedule tab.
- Press Add button, in 'Select Item for the Report' wizard, add two or more items.
- Go on, and finish
- View Details for the new schedule report, it's loading for long time.
- The Key steps is add two or more items for the schedule report, if only add one item, it works well.
