Item With Arabic Description Not Populating Correctly In The RPM Price Inquiry Screen (Doc ID 2213986.1)

Symptoms

In the price inquiry screen if the user enter item id and press tab, the item description is not displayed correctly.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Populate an item in Item field of Price Inquiry.
2. Press the button TAB.
3. Check the Arabic Description is coming as overlapped characters (if the description is more than the field size)
4. Check the Item description is getting populated in 'Non Editable' (disabled) field.
5. Click on 'Clear' > Populate the same item no and press : now, item description is not overlapped
