RDF: Item And Location for Rdf_e_rms.ksh Have Incorrect Format (Doc ID 2214301.1)

Symptoms

As per the Oracle Retail Merchandising Systems (RMS) Operations Guide, the item and location load should have leading zeros (not trailing zeros):

Date: 19 November 2002
Item: 12345678
Store: 1234
Quantity: 12.1234
Std. Dev.: 34.5678

However, the actual extract has trailing zeros:
201610091001000000000000000000000100000000000000000000000000007772300000000000000
Date: 09 October 2016
Item: Supposed to be 1001 but became 1001000000000000000000000 during loading
Store: Supposed to be 1 but became 10000000000000000000000000000 during loading
Quantity: 7.723
Std. Dev.: 0
