Address Screen - Changing Default Address Causes a Stack Trace

Problem Description
When changing from one default address to another (note: occurs only when both addresses are the same,) the following stack trace occurs:

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for client with two addresses of the same type (ex. Home)
2. Go to the Address Screen
3. Change the default address
Stack trace is returned.
