Revision without Requested Delivery Date change of order with future dated order components start immediately.

You have customized RSDOD RI 2.1.0.0.0 to introduce two new order components in the OOTB TOFP_Standard Fulfillment Pattern.
These two order components are configured to run in parallel as orchestration plan. One of these order components is supposed start on calculated start date and the other order component is supposed to start immediately.

ISSUE :

In a base TOM order when the RDD is in the future, as desired one function starts immediately and other waits till the calculated start date to start. This works as expected.
But when a revision order is placed without any change in RDD, the component which is supposed to wait till Calculated Start Date starts immediately.
