Incorrect Estimated Landed Cost (ELC) Values on ALCHEAD, ALCORDFN, and ORDSKUS Windows (Doc ID 2214735.1)

Symptoms

The Estimated Landed Cost (ELC) values are incorrect on a few Retail Merchandising System (RMS) windows, notably:

- Actual Landed Cost Header Window [alchead]
- ALC Order Finalize Window [alcordfn]
- PO Summary by Items Window [ordskus]


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an item and add valid Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) code
  2. Create PO and add items
  3. Add expenses on PO
  4. Approve the PO
  5. Create transportation
  6. Finalize the transportation
  7. Receive the PO
  8. Edit Customs Entry
  9. Allocate Custom charges to Actual Landed Cost (ALC)
  10. Edit ALC by using order number
  11. Observe the Extended ELC and ALC values are updated incorrectly
