Loadpricelist Does Not Generate /event/notification/plan

On : 7.5.0.0.0 version, Pricing
When loading a plan using loadpricelist, a plan is created but an /event/notification/plan is NOT generated.
Please advise how to trigger /event/notification/plan when loading plan with loadpricelist.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Plan creation should generate an event /event/notification/plan which goes to the fm_rate_pol_post_rating logic.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an XML for a new plan
2. Load using loadpricelist to create the new plan.
