Pipeline Crashed When CDRs Are Suspended With Error Code 18509 (Doc ID 2215398.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Applications 7.5.0.8.0 version, Pipeline Manager, Pipeline crash is observed for the below scenarios,

Scenario 1:

Pipeline crashes when call data records (CDR) are getting suspended with error code 18509.

Scenario 2:

If the suspense is happening at multiple pipelines at the same time, pipeline is getting crashed while writing the diagnostics file.
