Team Member Does Not Show Activity Where User Is Assigned As Owner (Doc ID 2215439.1)

Primavera Team Member does not show activities where user is assigned to Activity as Owner when logging in Team Member.

User should see activity which assigned to Activity Owner when logging in Team Member.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6.
2. Administer -> User Access -> Select a user and assign a resource in column 'Associated Resource'.
3. Project -> Activity -> Assign the user as Owner in column 'Owner'.
4. Project -> Project Preference ->Mark 'Team Members are required to status at: Activity Level \ As Owner's.
5. Login Team Member -> My Task.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see activity in Team Member.
