The Menu Item for 'Batch Suspense Cashiers' Sometimes Disappears. (Doc ID 2215453.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.2.2.2 version, Accounting

Actual Behavior
The menu item "Batch Suspense Cashiers" under Batch tab are getting displayed in only one OIPA application in one Coherence cluster.
Other OIPA applications on the same cluster "Batch Suspense Cashiers" menu are not showing.
To test this users made the below changes in coherence-cache-config.xml and it worked:

With above changes users can see "Batch suspense cashiers" menu in all the applications under one coherence cluster.

Expected Behavior
The batch screen menu item should display for all applications in the cluster.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure batch screen suspense menu item and set the appropriate security permissions
2. Test using multiple users, application in the coherence cluster.
