When searching for a resource in 'User Access' the Search field does not register any entry when you first click in the "Resource Access" field.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in to P6 Web
2. Select Administer menu item, then User Access
3. Click on the Resource Access field for a user that does not have all resource access
4. Select the "Select Resources" option
5. Attempt to type in the search criteria
