Shipping Address Line 1 Field Is Not Mandatory for the First Send Transaction

On Oracle Retail Point-of-Service (ORPOS), shipping address line 1 field is not mandatory for the first send transaction.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start the ORPOS Client and Log into POS.
2. Select Transaction.
3. Select Send.
4. Provide customer information.
5. On the 'Same as Customer' screen select 'No'.
6. 'Ship-to Address' screen does not have the Address Line as mandatory field.
