On : 2.2 version, Docupresentment

When attempting to use the DSITESTW utility to test the transfer of files to and from IDS application,
the following error occurs.

dsitest: ERROR: Unrecognized SendFile format!


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start a command prompt
2. Navigate to the \docclnt folder
3. Execute the DSITESTW utility

C:\Program Files (x86)\docclnt
>dsitestw display=yes reqtype=RPD_3 atcfile=yes

DSISendFile() API:
Enter attachment ID:EXTRFILE
Enter file name:C:\Program Files (x86)\docclnt\extrfile.dat
Enter type:text
dsitest: ERROR: Unrecognized SendFile format!
