How to Find if ALM Patch Fixes Are Already Applied or Included In Base Version ?

Some questions about ALM 8.0.x patches and the fixes included and the order which they should be applied. Based on the respective READMEs for the patches, it is not clear which fixes are included and how to apply all required patches:
Question 1: All one-off patches are independent and not cumulative. Example, ALM 220.127.116.11.6 DOES NOT mean that it includes the fixes in ALM 18.104.22.168.[1/3/4/5].
Question 2: What about patches which says "fixed version" is 22.214.171.124.x ? For example:
Patch # Fixed Version #
Can all 8.0.0.x fixes be considered already included if on ALM 8.0.1.x.x already ?
Question 3: README of below patches says that pre-req is ALM 8.0.2.
Would these occur in 8.0.1 too ? Can it be safely concluded that these would not occur on 8.0.1 ?
