When attempting to access Visualizer from within P6 Professional (Tools > Visualizer), a login screen is presented. After entering the username / password and clicking the red button, nothing happens - the login does not complete.
The following error is visible in the <local drive>\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\PrimaveraVisualizerCmd.log file:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional
2. Select Tools > Visualizer from the menu
3. Observe the reported issue and corresponding error in the PrimaveraVisualizerCMD.log file.
Due to this issue, the user cannot access Visualizer.
