Documents No Longer In IM After Reverting To A Prior Version (Doc ID 2216144.1)

Goal

Sometimes a document is no longer available in IM after it is reverted from a prior version - it is still visible in IC. Setting the latestversion corrects the issue but this takes some time and causes issues for the authors. It is not happening as often as before upgrading to 8.5.1 but still occurs approx. 1-2 every 2 months. We have not been able to identify why it is sometimes happens but not the majority of the time.

1. Have you heard of any other users having this issue in 8.5.1 or above?
2. Do you know how to avoid the issue or what the user may be doing incorrectly to cause the issue? It is happening with experienced user who have no issues 99% of the time.
3. If it is still a known issue, do you know when it may be fixed?
