Negative Acknowledgments sent to MDM from ODM have incorrect message parameters
Message should read "Another asset 143051031736 was installed at location 728582979080 as of 07-27-2015 12:22PM. Only one asset can be installed at this location at any point of time."
However the messages get mixed up and the asset number, date and location ID can be switched:
"Another asset 728582979080 was installed at Location 07-27-2015 12:22PM as of 143051031736. Only one asset can be installed at this location at any point of time." Or "Another asset 07-27-2015 12:22PM was installed at Location 143051031736 as of 728582979080. Only one asset can be installed at this location at any point of time."
This occurred intermittently, not with every transaction.
