SIM Allows a Transfer to be Shipped Although The Shipped Quantity is Not a Whole Unit Number (Doc ID 2216224.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, find that users are able to create a transfer and dispatch with the transfer quantity not in whole unit (ex: 0.8333)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a store to store transfer with 5 units out of a case of 6 and save it (Do not dispatch).
2. Go back to the transfer.
3. Before dispatching the transfer, add 0.003 into shipped quantity when the UOM is at case level (i.e. Shipped: 0.8333).
4. Click dispatch.
5. SIM do not prompt any error.
6. SIM should prompt an error message "0.8333 is not a valid number".
