Work Orders Released From ASCP Plan Is Not Getting Start Date Offset Based On Lead Times (Doc ID 2216235.1)

Symptoms

In any release

Running Unconstrained ASCP plan

Work orders released from the Planners Workbench (PWB) are not getting the correct Start date.
When the planned orders for MAKE items are released from the PWB, the 'Sugg start date' and 'Sugg due date' should be populated as 'Start date' and 'Completion date' in the work order but the work order is showing Start and completion date as the same (Sugg due date).
