Using Oracle Demantra Demand Management / Analytical Engine
On 12.2.5.1 patched with SPs

When attempting to perform a batch or simulation engine run,
the EngineManager logs the following for some of the 5 engines
ERROR Engine on machine eng_xxx01 can not be created, make sure EngineStarter is running on that machine and connected to the correct schema. Error: None
Although the EngineStarter starts correctly,
once the EngineManager sends it a StartEngine command,
errors like the following are written to the output of the EngineStarter process:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Start_Engine2k.sh
2. Inspect the EngineManager log generated.
3. Inspect the output from the EngineStarter
4. Observe the noted results.
