Allowed 'Junk' or 'Special' Characters in Argus and how to locate if a Case has any ?

Oracle Argus Safety Version 8.0

Potentially for a particular client there are multiple cases with Junk Characters added by mistake in different tabs, reporter data etc. Is there a way to find out all the cases in a DB with Junk chars?

Additionally, what are the allowed chars in Argus ?
