Email Send Failed After Several Hours

On : version, Notifications & Subscription

When attempting to send email notifications,
the following error occurs in server log file

Actual Exception : failed to connect, no password specified?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logon Web Client with any user
2. Open any object and click Action - Send button to send user self
3. Find user not receive email
4. Check Agile server log, see error
