DOL Issue. Process Is Looking For Demantra Username And Pwd When Attempting To Open Link In Excel (Doc ID 2217366.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5.1 version, DM-Gen

When attempting to export worksheet data to Excel using Dynamic Open Link (DOL),
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The server XX is asking for your user name and password. The server reports that it is from Demantra Login.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Excel.
2. Change to Data tab.
3. Select the option to import from the Web and provide url obtained from DOLLogin.jsp URL.
4. Select Go.
5. Prompted for Demantra User account

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use DOL functionality to export data to Excel. The normal export from worksheet process is taking more than 2 hours and hence looking into different available options to simplify the export process.
