On : 7.2.4 version, Orchestration Plan Generation
Orchestration Plan in not visible on the server when " -Djava.awt.headless=true " is not set. And the Status Code is coming as OPEN instead of In Progress when " -Djava.awt.headless=true "

STEPS
-----------------------
Set the Headless to true in weblogic start script. Restart the server.
1> Build and deploy the cartridges.
2> Pause the AIA_UPDSO_OUT_JMSQ SAF queue to capture the milestone.
3> Place the order with the payload provided (SalesOrder_Payload_FromSiebel.xml).
