Getting PIN_ERR_NO_MEM Error While Calling PCM_OP_BILL_MAKE_BILL (Doc ID 2217418.1)

On : version, DM, the below error is observed while calling the opcode "PCM_OP_BILL_MAKE_BILL".

Here the Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) is upgraded from 6.7 to 7.5 on Solaris 10 Operating System (OS).

Below are the steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an account
  2. Move Pin Virtual Time (PVT) to 1 month and 
  3. Run the billing manually via testnap (as shows below)

     How to fix the above errors?
