What is the Store Source behavior with regards to Off-Supply Date changes in AIP DM and AIP RPAS given this scenario:

• Initially, the Store Source for a specific SKU/Store is set to a Vendor in Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP) Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) until planning horizon with an Off-Supply Effective Date of 12/14/16.
• The Store Source is changed in AIP Data Managerment (DM) to a Warehouse (WH) effective 11/11/16 until system high date. This change reflected in RPAS and replaced the Store Source from Vendor to WH respective of Off-Supply Effective Date (12/14).
• A week after, the Off-Supply Effective Date is increased to 3/28/17 from 12/14/16 in AIP DM and loaded in AIP RPAS.
o No Store Source extract from AIP DM is received since in AIP RPAS leaving the dates >= 12/14 until planning horizon to be vendor.

What is the expected behavior to Store Source given this Off-Supply Effective date change as described in the scenario above?
• Should Store Source extract gets triggered once the Off-Supply Effective Date is changed in AIP DM and sends into AIP RPAS?
