On an Oracle Commerce 11.1 application using Experience Manager, the publishing history time stamps, located in the Deployment Status pull-up, have ceased updating.
To view this window:
- Log in to Experience Manager
- Identify the last status update in the bottom left section of the screen
- Click this status update to bring up the Deployment Status window
There have been no recent changes, and the Endeca Tools Service has been up and running without incident for a very long time.
