Symptoms

On an Oracle Commerce 11.1 application using Experience Manager, the publishing history time stamps, located in the Deployment Status pull-up, have ceased updating.

To view this window:

  1. Log in to Experience Manager
  2. Identify the last status update in the bottom left section of the screen
  3. Click this status update to bring up the Deployment Status window

Changes

 There have been no recent changes, and the Endeca Tools Service has been up and running without incident for a very long time.
