Symptoms

On : 11.2 version, Business User Issues (Experience Manager or Workbench)

In Experience Manager, record selection by query for boost & bury or spotlight does not save the selections for specific categories.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Experience Manager
  2. Create a sale page with a trigger at a specific navigation state for the sale.
  3. Attempt to dynamically specify a category for the sale page.
  4. See records are not available for dynamic selection.
