Attachments are not opening in InfoCenter after a successful run of Content Batch Monitor job which consisted of a translation job/ a batch to translate an article.
1) Create a Content with attachment in it as English locale
2) Create Content Batch List, under Workflow Settings select
"Approve and publish records"
and add the content to it, translate to any other locale
3) Export the job,
4) Run the "Content Monitor Batch Job"
