Unable To Preview Shifts Having Periods of Unavailability Assigned (Doc ID 2218274.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.2.0.3.8 version, Period of Unavailability

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to preview shifts having Periods of Unavailability assigned

It is observed in production that the meter operatives are unable to preview shifts which have Periods of Unavailability (POU) assigned. The POUs are in Queued For Dispatch and Acknowledged. The error message when clicking on preview button is "Shift ID is not populated for task 12345678910111211314".

Also observed that the man_alloc_to_shift in the M1_TASK table is blank for these POUs.
