In Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS)
When the application user tries to close the Flexible Pallet Receiving (FPR) appointment, below error message is displayed, even though the user is setup with highest privilege level of 9 as seen in DMS_USER table:
User does not have permission to close an appointment.
What setup is required to be done to enable the application user to be able to close the FPR appointment?
