SITMAIN Aborts When Moving Products Existing in Purchase Orders (Doc ID 2218465.1)

SITMAIN (Scheduled Item maintenance) aborts when moving products existing in purchase orders with the following error:
Error: sitmain_3~20161130225305~validate_update~~-1405~ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL~€,…, : function = validate_update, item = 100110126

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an item list and a location list for an item that is on an open transfer for the location, and the Item is with a status of "C" (Discontinue) for the location.
2. Create a "Schedule Item Maintenance" for the item list and location list, and setting the new status to "D" (Deleted).
3. Run batch process SITMAIN.
4. Validate that the process fails with the error.
