OHADI AT ETL 3.1 for Informatica Install fails with 'OUI-10152: A runtime exception occurred' (Doc ID 2218586.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE CLARIFICATION
===================
On Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration (OHADI) 3.1 version,
When attempting to install Application Toolkit ETL for Informatica 3.1.0.0.0 component for the
case when the installation server and Informatica repository database server are different,
the following error occurs after pressing 'Next' button in the 'Repository Tablespaces and
Schema Configuration' screen.

ERROR
-----------------------

2 . During the Install Configuration select the option 'Yes' for "Are the installation server and Informatica repository database server different?"
    and provide the Mounted directory of repository database server and installation server.
3. Complete the configuration of the other installer parameters.
4. After entering the required values in the 'OHADI 3.1 Application Toolkit ETL for Informatica"/"Repository Tablespace and Schema Configuration"
    screen, press 'Next' button.
