Symptoms

PRMQUEUE PROJWBS_SECURITY tasks are taking a long time to process

The users are also receiving the following error when logging in to the P6 Professional application:


ERROR

The Database Has Not Been Configured To Run Background Jobs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Re-create an OBS.
2. Make a change to the EPS.
3. Assign users to the EPS and OBS.
4. Change all projects in the database to the new OBS (responsible managers).
