Issues Found When Searching For Not-On-File Items (NOF) in BO UI. (Doc ID 2218884.1)

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) 14.0.2, when searching for a Not-On-File (NOF) item in the ORBO User Interface (UI), the user is unable to add the NOF item to the item file. The following error appears:

"There were no results matching the specified criteria."

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Sign into ORBO
  2. Click Item tab.
  3. Enter a NOF item ID in the "Item Number" field.
  4. Click search and notice the above error is shown.
