Contacts Migration Partially Failed - Members Of Address Book Groups Are Not Migrated

Symptoms
Using Contacts Server 8.0.0.0.0, the Contacts migration partially failed. User contacts were successfully migrated whereas an additional address book did not fully migrate the members.
For example, all the contacts of the user jdoe@example.com were successfully migrated, whereas the contacts under the address book named "Test" has not been migrated.
The user_log gives no indication that the group member migration failed:
The group itself is migrated but no members migrate, so the group appears as an empty group in the UI.
