Question On Setting Defaults In CK Editor For Hyperlinking (Doc ID 2219123.1)

Last updated on MARCH 02, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Knowledge - Version 8.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When inserting a URL in CK editor in an attribute with the full text editor, the hyperlink (URL or anchor) will display as red underlined text in IM. However when you look at the article in IC, its the same text style at the body of the text (not blue, not underlined). The hyperlink will operate normally, but the user doesn't know its a hyperlink unless they hover over it.

There is a way to set a style in CK editor on the Advanced tab of the Hyperlink so that the link appears in IC by entering the following

TEXT-DECORATION: underline; COLOR: rgb(1,75,124)
