IM content within Restricted Channel Attributes Are Visible To External Users

IM Content from restricted/internal IM channel attributes is visible to external users
Within Infomanager, a certain IM channel schema attribute has been restricted for a set of user groups in the attribute definition on the channel schema definition. However that specific portion of the content within this attribute is visible for all users within InfoCenter since the article itself is a public article.
