Account Suspension/Termination Has No Refund/Balance Impact On Purchased Product

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 220.127.116.11.0 version, Subscription Management, the suspension of an account did not generate any refund/balance impact on one of its purchased product.
There was a recent repricing done on this product configuration, but one cannot immediately conclude that this issue is due to the repricing since there are also other products that have been repriced and they produced balance impact when the account was suspended/terminated.
Here this issue is related only on the first period in which the offer has been modified (For example: if the offer is modified on 05.06.2016 and period of charge is from 01.06.2016 to 31.07.2016, there is a chance of this issue occurring) and when the purchased product 'usage_end_t' have set value.
