On : 2.4.6.7 version, Execution Component

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
View program is not checked out when there destructive Change in DMW table

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
By default, the View Program should have been checked out

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Data model named "dmw_src"
2. Create table based "AE_SRC.mdd"
3. Choose any column and define primary key
4. Install Data model
5. Load table using AE_SRC.csv
6. Create application area and work area named "view_test" outside DMW domain
7. create view program named AE_VIEW
8. Add AE_SRC from DMW as source table descriptor
9. add sql query "select * from AE_SRC"
10.Install View program
11. in DMW data model, update AE_SRC table with AE_DIST.mdd. Once loaded, one column in the table should be dropped.
12. Install model
13. Load AE_SRC with AE_DIST.csv to DMW table.
14. Once loaded, go and the check view the program. It is un touched.
