Users are Unable to Add "Others" Tender Types Through Manage Data Functionality in ReSA (Doc ID 2219536.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to add tender of "OTHERS" tender type group through Manage data functionality of ReSA.
 
Steps To Recreate:

  1. Go to Manage data in ReSA.
  2. Select the following:
    a) Action - Download
    b) Template category - RMS
    c) Template type - Sales Audt
    d) Template - Tender types
  3. Press submit button.
  4. Insert one record in the downloaded template with tender type group as others.
  5. Upload the template.
  6. Check the status of upload-- Will find error- Invalid tender type group.
